Course Overview
The ability for an organisation to adapt to change is reliant on the willingness of individuals to embrace transformation and new ways of working. This requires a considered approach to managing and communicating change for all relevant stakeholders.
For the change to succeed, the Leaders need a structured and methodical approach to change that also effectively involves, empowers and inspires co-ownership and co-authorship of the change. This course addresses all the above explicitly.
This course is designed by highly qualified learning design experts, assisted and guided by a Doctoral & Masters level leadership team. Working closely with subject matter leaders with extensive domain experience, this course is built on sound academic rigour and applied real world experience.
