About the Course

The ability for an organisation to adapt to change is reliant on the willingness of individuals to embrace transformation and new ways of working. This requires a considered approach to managing and communicating change for all relevant stakeholders. For the change to succeed, the Leaders need a structured and methodical approach to change that also effectively involves, empowers and inspires co-ownership and co-authorship of the change.
